XT stainless steel bearings 3x8x3 pack of 6.  These are a little stronger than your usual 8mm bearings in that they're 3mm in height as apposed to 2.5mm.  Additionally they are shielded which gives improves reliability slightly, keeping out any nasty debris.  Due to the added height you may need to trim a little material from the underside of your selector plate.
