Stainless steel QD spring quide with thrust bearing.  This version has 4 lugs/feet and is designed to work with gearboxes such as E&C.  Please measure your existing QD shell to ensure this is the correct size. Takes an M5 bolt.  Length of the tabs are around 5mm.
