JVAN's SR25 gearset. Steel CNC machined with a Rockwell hardness of HRC42-50 (Pin hardness HRC55-60). Exceptional finishing and great gear meshing.
SECTOR GEAR
The sector gear is slightly different from the older design you might see with SHS. The position of the Tappet Plate pin has been moved slightly to a different location meaning a change in the release time of the tappet plate / nozzle. Generally you'll find an improvement in the feeding and FPS consistency. The gears are made of 42Cr steel and are manufactured using six different processes: CNC turning, CNC hobbing, CNC milling, heat treatment, polishing, and blackening. The gear hardness is HRC42-50.
SPUR GEAR
Like the Sector gear, the Spur gear is made from 42Cr material using CNC machining (hobbling process), making the gear more precise and helping them to work at a higher speed whilst making less noise. The gear hardness is HRC42-50. The blackening process that is used is a heavy duty but fine layer which means none of the precise machining is lost, helping the gears to mesh better.
BEVEL GEAR
The Bevel Gear is entirely made from MIM (Injection Molding) technology apart from the centreal pin which is CNC machined . The heat treatment process of the bevel gear and gear shaft is hardened to HRC39-42 and HRC55-60 respectively.
